Supernatural Smoothie Recipe
My tried-and-true, and a client favorite...
- 1 Banana 
- 1/2 C Berries or other fruit (frozen is fine, and raspberries are especially high fiber!) 
- 2 C or ~1/2 bunch of fresh or frozen spinach 
- 1+ TBSP prebiotic fiber: (Wooden Spoon Prebiotic Powerhouse OR Acacia Fiber) 
- 1 TBSP flax, chia, or hemp seeds 
- 3 TBSP hemp protein (Bob's Red Mill or Nutiva) 
- Water, coconut water or oat milk as needed (about 1 cup) 
- Optional additions: 1+ TBSP cacao powder, avocado, coconut butter, Amazing Grass greens powders, or any herbs, spices, or other extras you like.
