Supernatural Smoothie Recipe
My tried-and-true, and a client favorite...
1 Banana
1/2 C Berries or other fruit (frozen is fine, and raspberries are especially high fiber!)
2 C or ~1/2 bunch of fresh or frozen spinach
1+ TBSP prebiotic fiber: (Wooden Spoon Prebiotic Powerhouse OR Acacia Fiber)
1 TBSP flax, chia, or hemp seeds
3 TBSP hemp protein (Bob's Red Mill or Nutiva)
Water, coconut water or oat milk as needed (about 1 cup)
Optional additions: 1+ TBSP cacao powder, avocado, coconut butter, Amazing Grass greens powders, or any herbs, spices, or other extras you like.
